Job Responsibilities

• As a Full Stack Engineer at Alphanso, you will play a vital role in developing and maintaining our state-of-the-art investment platform. Working alongside a diverse group of experts, you will contribute to delivering exceptional user experiences while driving the growth and success of our business.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and data scientists, to transform business requirements into technical solutions.


• Design, develop, and maintain both front-end and back-end components of our innovative investment platform.


• Optimise platform performance and speed while ensuring intuitive user interfaces.


• Seamlessly integrate various systems, databases, and APIs.


• Employ best practices and coding standards to create clean, efficient, and maintainable code.


• Conduct rigorous testing and debugging to guarantee the reliability and performance of the platform.


• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and frameworks to continuously enhance the platform's capabilities.

Job Requirements

• Hold/Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.


• Demonstrate prior experience as a Full Stack Engineer or in a similar role, preferably within the fintech or high-growth startup space.


• Exhibit proficiency in server-side programming languages, such as Golang, Python, Java.


• Have experience with cloud-based platforms, preferably GCP, and a solid understanding of microservices architecture.


• Showcase expertise in relational and NoSQL databases, including database design and optimization.


• Possess some knowledge of front-end development languages and frameworks, such as flutter or native ios/android.


• Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git, and Agile development methodologies.


• Display exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work autonomously or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.


• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
